Logo candles - How it works:

1. You send us a picture of your logo with your comments, specifications, and delivery requirements.
2. We return to you with questions and suggestions
3. You receive our sketch of your candle design for your comments and approval
4. When approved we will send you a 3D model image of the candle for your final approval together with a contract specifying the details of the delivery.
5. When approved we will initiate the production of the unique molds for your candle.
6. Before we begin pouring the hot organic wax into the molds, you will have one final decision to make: choice of the fragrance for your logo candle: Mia Candles Studio will send you samples of our organic scented oils for your assessment and approval. 
7. When we have your choice, we will initiate the final part of the production process
8. The candles will be shipped to your company.

- *Simplified Ordering Process*: Placing an order with MIA CANDLES STUDIO is easy and convenient. Simply contact us directly at hotels@miacandless.com with your order details. Our team will happily provide you with a detailed quote and assist you at every step of the process. Once your order is confirmed, we commit to meeting the agreed-upon delivery deadlines and ensuring your complete satisfaction.

 

- *Production Time*: Production time may vary depending on the type of order. For custom candles, the process may take 45 to 60 days after order confirmation, as we must first create the mold and then proceed with candle production. For candles available in our inventory, production time is approximately 15 to 20 days, including Saturdays and Sundays. Our goal is to provide you with fast and efficient service without compromising the quality of our products.
